The hotel houses fewer than 150 rooms, offering an intimate scale that supports personalized service and a tranquil courtyard pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Guests are within 300 meters of Seminyak Beach and Seminyak Square, placing the hotel's entrance steps from high-end outlets, restaurants, and nightlife venues.

Dining & Social Spaces
On-site dining at The Colony features modern cuisine and local Balinese favorites, with a restaurant that serves complimentary daily breakfast and in-room dining options for every meal. The Lobby Lounge functions as a social hub where guests gather for drinks and canapés, with the club lounge reserved for suite guests. While the bar selection includes wine and champagne, the adjacent Kim Soo café offers a separate venue for coffee and light meals just steps from the lobby.

The hotel's wellness facilities include a fitness center equipped with cardio machines and free weights, plus a range of massage services covering back, full-body, head, foot, and neck treatments. A wellness center on-site provides massage and spa services, and the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded umbrellas. Guests can also rent bicycles for independent exploration of the surrounding neighborhood.
